Clients remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, substantiation, and rights associated with their products, claims, offers, landing pages, and materials, and for complying with applicable laws and platform policies.
Unless a signed statement of work expressly states otherwise, advertising platform charges and DesignAndDeliver management fees are separate. Each final advertiser should operate through its own advertising account.
No performance guarantee
Advertising performance varies based on market conditions, competition, budget, offer, creative, website experience, measurement quality, platform behavior, and other factors. DesignAndDeliver does not guarantee rankings, placement, policy approval, impressions, clicks, conversions, revenue, profit, or return on ad spend.
Intellectual property
The website, brand elements, text, layout, and original materials are owned by DesignAndDeliver LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, publish, sell, modify, or create derivative works from them except as permitted by law or with our written permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.
